Drinks will still be available to be purchased, so be sure to get that last taste of our awesome pumpkin latte, or other favorite item.
Oh, I am so sad! When later comes around – do let us know where we should see you.
This is horrible news! It’s so sad that the whole reason for this is because of the landlord thinking his property is really worth more than it is. We’ll see how valuable it is when it’s sitting empty with you all not there anymore. I’ve been keeping my eyes open for a new location for you all and will continue to do so.
We’ll follow you to any future endeavours. Sad news indeed, but you gotta do what’s best for you and noone can fault you for it.
We are so sad to hear this news. The Bean Cup was one of our favorite places to play!
No!!!! I will miss that place!! When you start another Bean Cup…lemme know…I will be there~!!!
omg!
you guys make the best coffee PERIOD i will miss it very much I hope you guys decide to reopen a shop somewhere!
Say it ain’t so!! This is like such a bad dream. First, let me say thanks for all you did to support local art, including musicians like myself. You gave us a place to be proud of our work and our community. Second, I hope this is not goodbye and that there is a chance you will reopen sometime and someplace in the future. God bless you all.
While visiting from Ohio, we specifically searched for a “community coffee house”. Driving past 2 Starbucks and a Caribu’s, we found The Bean Cup. What a great place. We mentioned to our waitress that we are opening a coffee house in Bellbrook,OH and she introduced us to the owner, Chris. Chris, you were so graciously gave us a tour of your shop and shared a lot of great ideas … all this before we knew you were closing. We are praying for you, Chris & Jason. We know that when one door is closed, God will open another one. Take this time as a “sabbatical” and don’t give up your dream. You will go on to bigger & better things. Remember, God loves coffee. He even called His people “HeBrews”.
Blessings,
Mike & Heather
